Councillor leaves chalk message next to dog dirt in Louth
The chalk message next to dog dirt in Louth.
A DOG owner who has let their pet foul in Louth town centre has been warned.
The pile of poo was left along Little Eastgate this morning by a selfish owner.
Coun Margaret Ottaway has drawn a chalk circle around the droppings and written a message lambasting the dog owner.
It is part of her ongoing campaign to shame dog owners into picking up after their pets and not leaving mess on the pavements.
