Distinctive jewellery stolen in Saltfleet burglary

Lincolnshire Police are appealing for information following a burglary at Saltfleet, during which several distinctive pieces of jewellery were stolen.

The burglary took place between 1pm and 6.50pm on Saturday May 10 at a property on Main Road in Saltfleet. Entry was gained via a window, and a search was made of every room.

The stolen property includes two custom made wedding bands (a man’s distinctive wooden set wedding band and a lady’s white gold set with five diamonds), a white gold engagement ring set with Swarowski stones creating a crown shape, a sterling silver tree silhouette charm, and a nine carat gold ring with the shape of two flowers joined together.

Other stolen items include a silver Marmite lid (hallmarked Birmingham), a silver pen and pencil set in a green leather case with white satin interior, dated around 1963 (hallmarked Birmingham), and a Compaq Presario V6000 laptop in black with distinctive damage to the bottom right hand corner of the keyboard, an 18th century sterling silver Hanoverian pattern teaspoon, a vacuum cleaner, a Nikon Coolpix S5200 digital camera, a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 in white and a Samsung Galaxy S4 mobile phone in black.
