DREAMS came true for Mablethorpe Royal British Legion as Dreams Bar in Trusthorpe raised £200 for them by organising a ’40s night.

A special cheque handover presentation to the Legion for their poppy appeal took place during the ’40s event.

Mark Reddin, chief fundraiser for the Mablethorpe Legion described the event as ‘a fantastic evening’.

The Royal British Legion then presented a certificate of appreciation to the ladies from dreams.

They were presented with the certificate for all their hard work and dedication, on making the 40s evening a success and raising a substantial amount of funding which the Legion always welcomes.
