Drug-reference graffiti discovered in Covenham

Lincolnshire Police are appealing for information after a graffiti '˜tag' - containing references to drug usage - was discovered in Covenham.

A tweet posted by Louth Police (@LouthPolice) on Sunday morning said: “Do you recognise this? Damage has been caused in Covenham & this ‘tag’ left behind..any info? Inc 160 20/05 refers”.

The graffiti contains the phrase ‘420 blaze it’, an American slang phrase which is used in celebration of smoking cannabis.

It is currently unclear whether any further damage was caused in Covenham.
