Those attending will be able to hear more about Visit England’s strategy and action plan for growing England’s visitor economy, the role of the Greater Lincolnshire Local Enterprise Partnership and its vision for growing Lincolnshire’s visitor economy and Visit East Lincolnshire’s 2014 marketing campaign.
They can also find out how the Lincoln Castle Revealed project could be good for local businesses, how the National Coastal Tourism Academy can support businesses with skills development and training and how to improve social media marketing techniques.
East Lindsey District Council’s Portfolio Holder for Economic Development, Craig Leyland, said: “The Spring Conference is a fantastic place for business owners to find out about all the exciting work that is being undertaken to grow East Lindsey’s visitor economy.
“It will also provide an opportunity for businesses to network with each other and meet our tourism team over lunch.”
