East Lindsey District Council community grants available
TWO weeks remain for Community and Voluntary Sector organisations in East Lindsey to submit their Community Grant applications to East Lindsey District Council in time for the Round one deadline of May 10.
The district council makes available grants of up to £8,000 to not for profit organisations, including Town and Parish Councils, to support them in delivering projects that make a difference in their local area.
Community Grant applications can fund a variety of activities including projects that focus on community facilities, sports and recreation, arts and heritage and the environment.
The money can be both capital and revenue.
A second funding round will open later in the year for projects not quite ready to submit an application to Round one.
The Round two deadline will be September 13.
Grant Application packs, along with an information guide, can be downloaded from the East Lindsey District Council at www.e-lindsey.gov.uk/ by contacting the Community Grants Team at community.grants@e-lindsey.gov.uk or by calling 01507 601111.
