FAMILY and friends of Nate Elvin dressed to impress at a special charity ball organised in his memory at Kenwick Park Hotel in Louth.
Nate who lived in Louth was tragically killed in a road accident on the A16 in April 2011.
He was a former pupil at Monks’ Dyke Technology College and worked as a chef at Kenwick Park.
The formal event which took place on Friday raised £475.16 and all funds raised will go towards Help for Heroes.
Over 125 people attended the ball and enjoyed a buffet, raffle and musical entertainment.
Close friend of Nate, Autumn Burnett said: “The evening was a great success and I’d like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who came.
“I would also like to thank, Nathan’s dad, Edmund for all his support throughout, Jane Selby for bringing together the raffle prizes, Dominique Bernard for successfully selling the raffle tickets and collecting the money.
“Also a big thank you to Taron and Sam Lee for providing the music entertainment for the event.”
