Flame of Hope award for annual charity run

THE Louth Run for Life committee has been awarded with a special commendation from Cancer Research UK in their Flame of Hope Awards.
The annual awards is a celebration of the outstanding contribution from the charity’s dedicated volunteers.
Area volunteer manager Andrea Day said: “The Louth Run for Life committee tirelessly promote this event all year.
“They already lead busy lives but still find the time to make this event happen. I really cannot think of more deserving people to be recognised by Cancer Research UK with this year’s Fundraising in the Community Award.”
Louth Run for Life chairman Simon West said: “I would like to thank all of the committee members for their time and dedication in successfully organising this year’s event.”
