Fossils Community Club hand out over £2,500
“The largest amounts were given to Skegness RNLI (£700) and the Louth and District Hospice, who received £750.
Over the 12 years the group ran, they managed to raise £89,000 for more than 30 good causes, with the money presented to local and national charities, plus individuals.

But when a number of the members passed away, their wives then took over and the group changed its name to the Fossils Community Club to include all the new female members.
Mr Wellby said: “I just want to say a big thank you to all of the past members for their support and all of the ladies who came on board.
“Plus a mention to everyone who has supported us and attended our events.
“After 12 wonderful years, now was the time to pack up.
“But it was great to be able to present these local causes with the last £2,560 we managed to raise.”
