The Government’s Chief Planning Policy Advisor, Steve Quartermain, has visited East Lindsey District Council to speak on the new National Planning Policy Framework.

Surrounding districts and Lincolnshire County Council were all invited to the seminar, which explored the Government’s stated ambition to encourage sustainable development.
