Grimoldby extension plans get the go-ahead
A Grimoldby couple's ambitious extension plans for their home have been given the planning thumbs-up by East Lindsey District Council.
Mr and Mrs A. Grantham intend to build on the rear of Chestnut House on Tinkle Street to accommodate an enlarged utility room, an additional bedroom, an indoor swimming pool and a studio-cum-gym.
The decision was made by a case officer under delegated powers, without the need for planning committee consideration.
