Grimoldby Primary School take part in Junior Schools Cross Country Race

Grimoldby Primary School entered its biggest team yet into the 21st Junior Schools Cross Country Race.

The event was organised and run by Louth Athletic Club and took place at London Road on a very wet afternoon.

In spite of the weather conditions, all the competitors had a brilliant time, tried their hardest and should be very proud of themselves.

Casey Stewart, aged eight, said: “Running against children from other schools was a great challenge, it was good to be part of something big.”
