Grimoldby teenager charged with assaulting woman on three occasions
Edward James Fairburn, 18, of Tinkle Street in Grimoldby, will appear before magistrates next month where he faces charges of assaulting a woman on three occasions.
Fairburn is charged with assaulting the woman in Monks’ Dyke Road in Louth, on December 10, in Grimoldby on March 27, and in South Cockerington on March 28.
On May 23, Lincoln Magistrates’ Court determined that Fairburn should attend Skegness Magistrates’ Court on July 5, while the Defence obtains a ‘fitness to plead’ report.
Fairburn was not in attendance at the court on May 28, but his conditional bail was extended until the date of his next court appearance.
