Health walks available in Louth
WALKING is one of the cheapest and easiest ways to get involved in physical activity, and there are numerous Health Walks being run locally in Louth.
There are currently two walk groups in Louth which meet at the Meridian Leisure Centre and Hubbards Hill, Crowtree Lane. The majority of walks are between 45 minutes and 1 hour 20 minutes.
Also available is the East Lindsey Heart Support Group.
