International opera star Christopher Maltman at Louth Film Club
INTERNATIONALLY known and locally born and bred opera singer Christopher Maltman will attend Louth Film Club’s exclusive screening of Juan, the spectacular English-language version of Mozart’s Don Giovanni in which he takes the title rôle as the great philanderer.
The film will be shown at the Playhouse Cinema on Thursday May 17 at 7.30pm, to be followed by a question-and-answer session.
Tickets can be bought in advance from Off The Beaten Tracks record shop, 36 Aswell Street, Louth (closed Thursdays), or at the Playhouse Cinema on the night. They cost £5.90 (£4.70 concessions) for non-members, £3.50 for members.
