Jubilee fun across the Louth area

Rain dampened events at Hubbard's Hills

Rain dampened events at Hubbard's Hills

THE rain did not dampen spirits for jubilee celebrations in the Louth area.

Siling rain did make the picnic planned for Hubbard’s Hills on Sunday a wash out but there were plenty of other events.

The ParentStop group held a party in Louth on Saturday as did the Sense home in Monks Dyke Road.

Simon Cowell wasn’t there but local entertainers were at Grainthorpe’s Got Talent at the Black Horse Inn on Monday.

The Mayor of Louth, Coun Jill Makinson Sanders, lit the Louth jubilee beacon on Monday night.

See the special edition of the Leader - on sale Wednesday June 6 - for a jubilee round-up.
