Kenwick Park Hotel owner Stuart Flynn and Kenwick Park Golf Club captain Jim Cane recently joined forces to organiser a black-tie ball which has raised £4,250 for the Louth and District Hospice, their chosen charity for 2014.

More than 130 golf and leisure club members attended the formal event held in the Meridian Suite at the Hotel.

Louth and District Hospice Trustee Doreen Stephenson said: “The support of both Stuart and Jim has been wonderful and the Hospice really appreciates the support.”

Hotel owner Stuart added: “The event was organised by the hotel and golf club captain so it really was a Kenwick team effort.”
