Kettle Funeral Directors memorial service
KETTLE Funeral Directors in Louth held its annual Christmas Memorial Service for clients who were bereaved at the end of 2010 until the end on 2011.
This year it was held at Eastgate Union Church and was well supported with over 140 people attending.
The service was led by The Rev Chris Ray and was enhanced by the piano music of Keren Newlove, who was a finalist in the Louth Musician of the Year awards and by soloist Ellie Ordish who sang a beautiful rendition of the hymn, Be Still for the Presence of the Lord.
Voluntary donations made on the night totalled over £200 and went to benefit the Eastgate Union Church Christmas Appeal, which, this year, supports The Children’s Society.
