Latest on BMX area plans for Donington on Bain
REPORTS of possible problems in providing a BMX area in Donington on Bain were considered at the parish council as the chairman had indicated following a telephone conversation with the insurance provider that the cost could be prohibitive.
During the public session it had been suggested that the Recreation Area could be used cutting out the need for change of use or the mound at the entrance to the Allotment Field which had been the initial choice for a natural base.
Other ideas put forward included a simplified layout with the parents forming a club to cover insurance provision but it was agreed that residents in the proposed area should be approached first to ensure there were no objections.
