Lincolnshire Police and Crime Commissioner Alan Hardwick welcomed at Police HQ
Chief Constable Neil Rhodes today welcomed Alan Hardwick to headquarters for his first official day as Lincolnshire’s new Police and Crime Commissioner.
The role of the Commissioner will include agreeing policing priorities for the Force and setting the budget.
Mr Rhodes said: “I am really pleased to welcome Alan today. He is an individual who knows Lincolnshire Police well and has a clear idea of where the organisation needs to go. We will be standing shoulder to shoulder, knocking on government doors, to tackle the core issue of funding. I am sure there will be some tough challenges ahead and we need the right financial package to deal with them.”
