Louth man charged with exposing himself
A Louth man will appear before magistrates in Skegness charged with two counts of exposing himself.
Brian Frederick Lester, 66, of Glamis Place, was charged on October 13 by Lincolnshire Police.
The first charge is that between July 1, 2012 and September 1, 2012 he allegedly exposed his genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress, contrary to section 66 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
The second charge is also that he allegedly exposed his genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress, contrary to the same act, between June 1, 2012 and August 25, 2012.
He was bailed to appear before Skegness Magistrates at 10am on Tuesday, October 30.
