photography competition with the grand prize.

The winner was Prisca Furlong (centre), who won over the Town Partnership’s judging panel with her photograph of Louth Riverhead.

Her prize was a large canvas of her photograph, pictured above, which was kindly donated by Trevor Brown (right) at Colorgrafix in Eastgate. The canvas is worth £50.

Prisca, who has been a keen photographer since she was 17 years old, said: “It’s great to win the canvas, I am thrilled to bits! I will give the canvas to my granddaughter Leah, who is in the photograph with my cousin.”

Nicola Marshall hopes to run the competition regularly.
