Louth planning applications decided
A PLANNING application for 31 Broadbank, Louth, to be extended to accommodate a studio, office and shower room has been approved by East Lindsey District Council.
Existing outbuildings are to be partly demolished to make way for the new development.
The successful applicants are Mr and Mrs I Cross.
l Meanwhile pub chain Enterprise Inns Ltd has been given the green light by ELDC to install three cellar cooling plants to the rear elevation of The Packhorse Inn in Eastgate, Louth.
l And a plan to extend a house in North Thoresby to accommodate an orangery has been approved. The authority approved the application submitted by Mr and Mrs M Casswell at Eastfield House, off Station Road in the village.
