Bodybuilder Danny Grogan has come third place in the National Physique Association (NPA) Under 21’s British Championship.

The 19-year-old, who attends the Tranz-Form in Louth, took part in the finals at the end of last month after qualifying in Huddersfield on October 6.

The NPA British Championship is the biggest natural bodybuilding show in Britain and, unlike similar competitions, the participants do not use any enhancement products to boost their performance.

Speaking after the competition, Danny said: “I am very happy with my placing, and I know exactly what I need to do for next year to win.

“I’ll be back into training hard at Tranz-Form, and I’m more dedicated then ever.”

The third place NPA award follows another recent success, as Danny secured second place in the Mr Lincolnshire competition earlier this year.

On top of his seven-days-a-week training schedule at Tranz-Form, Danny also works at the gym and passes on his knowledge to other gym users.
