The Louth and District Seniors’ Forum has been granted a cheque for £865 from the Lincolnshire Co-Op store in Newbridge Hill, Louth.

The store’s duty manager Luke Hopkinson and community liaison representative James Crute presented the cheque to members of the group, including chairman Mayor David Wing, treasurer Janet Croft and secretary Sandra Stringer.

The money will be used to produce their quarterly newsletter, Open Voice.

Local members of Lincolnshire Co-op choose a charity or community group on a quarterly basis, and every time a customer shops at the store using their dividend card a small amount is added to the total, without affecting the customer’s dividend or dividend bonus.
