Louth solicitor promotion for Wilkin Chapman Grange

LOUTH resident and local solicitor, Nikki Elsom, is celebrating after being promoted to a new position within the law firm, Wilkin Chapman Grange.

Nikki, who was a solicitor and part of the commercial property team, has now become a senior solicitor.

She is based in the firm’s Grimsby offices.

Nikki joined the firm in 2006 after graduating from Warwick University with a degree in law and business studies and completing her Legal Practice Course, with distinction, at BPP Leeds.

She qualified as a solicitor in 2008 and specialises in commercial property matters including sale and purchase of commercial property, buy to let investments and residential and commercial property developments.

Nikki said: “I am delighted to be promoted to the position of senior solicitor and look forward to working with clients on a wide range of commercial property matters.”

She is also the vice chair of Artlandish Limited, an arts charity based in the Discovery Centre, Cleethorpes.
