Louth students get sporty and raise over £1,200

On the last week before the Easter holidays, Cordeaux's PE department focused on Sport Relief 2016 with the theme of '˜Run/Walk the Sport Relief Mile'.

Students took part in a sponsored mile in their PE lessons. Some completed this on the school field, whilst others had a ‘run around the block’.

The Year 11 netball team then took on the boy’s Year 11 rugby team - whilst wearing each others kit -and raised more money from watching spectators.

The Academy raised an impressive £1286.64, and would like to thank everyone who was involved.
