Louth Summer Visual Arts Trail is go for the second year running

The Louth Visual Arts Trail is to be held for the second year running.

The trail will run from July 5 to 14 and is part of the 0 Degrees Festival.

Spout Yard Park Trust, which initiated the Art Trail, has invited local artist and arts consultant Nicki Jarvis to lead the project for 2013. She said: “We had a great response last year, with 30 artists exhibiting their work in five venues around the town.

“Around 1,400 people visited the exhibition and we made some good sales. We already have some new venues on board, and I’m looking forward to delivering an even bigger event this year as part of what is going to be a really great 0 Degrees Festival.”

Nicki is looking for local artists to get involved.
