It was an historic moment for Louth Town Hall on Wednesday.
East Lindsey District Council officially handed over the town hall to Louth Education Community Interest Company.
Louth Education Community Interest Company is a not for profit company, formed specifically to manage and run the town hall.
The business plan includes opening a community hub, supporting learning and local schools in addition to developing the town hall as a major community, entertainment and wedding venue.
Coun Adam Grist officially handed over the keys to the building to the company’s Andrew Howlett.
