Mablethorpe Marathon promises new challenges
ORGANISERS of the Mablethorpe Marathon are pleased to announce for the first time, the Lincolnshire Marathon Championships will be included within the full Marathon event.
The main running event of the year for the coast takes place on Sunday, October 7.
Eligible runners will be able to compete for the converted Lincolnshire Athletic Association Gold, Silver and Bronze awards setting the standards for future races within the County.
Another first this year is the appearance of two runners all the way from Perth in Australia, adding to the list of countries that have been attracted to this event over the years.
Applications for the full and half Marathons close on September 28.
