Mablethorpe plans for a Children’s Champion in local community
MABLETHORPE Town Council could be on the lookout for a ‘Children’s Champion’.
Coun Steve Palmer suggested the idea at last week’s full council meeting, as a first point of contact between the council and local young people.
The idea has been put forward for the next meeting.
“There’s a danger that youngsters are overlooked and we need to consider their needs for the future of the area,” he said.
