A stupendous Christmas celebration hosted by Music and Mirth has raised £600 which will be split between Sutton on Sea LIVES First Responders and a number of local charities.

A big thank you goes out to entertainers Paul Andrew and Peter Lee, who gave their services free of charge to perform at the event and to everyone who helped on the night and everyone who came to support the event and helped to raise some vital funds for local charities.

Also during the evening, the LIVES First Responders presented some service awards to co-ordinator, Keith Auvahce, who is due to retire from his post at the end of the month.

Town crier, Roy Palmer also presented Keith with a special proclamation.
