An outline proposal has been made for the development of 140 new homes on the outskirts of Louth, and a public exhibition is to be held later this month. The plans involve a mixture of two, three, four and five bedroom houses, alongside a public open space with a children’s play area.
Larkfleet Homes have outlined the 3.5 hectare site for their proposed development on land off Kenwick Road, and intend to submit their planning application to East Lindsey District Council by autumn 2014.
If planning permission is granted, work is expected to start in early 2015 and would take around three years to complete.
Larkfleet Homes are holding a public exhibition on Monday April 28, between 3pm and 7pm, at The Pavilion in London Road, Louth. Members of the project team will be on hand to answer questions from members of the public and receive feedback.
