New chairwoman for Louth branch of the WEA (Workers Education Association)
THE Louth branch of the WEA (Workers Education Association) has a new chairwoman.
Sara Morris has moved away but the committee is delighted that long serving secretary Sylvia Trickett has agreed to take over the chair.
They say they have an interesting choice of courses and trips available during the 2012-2013 season.
Autumn term will start with Frank Lloyd Wright and Le Corbusier: Architects of the Modern Movement on September 25 followed by Royal Gardens on November 1, both at the Salvation Army Hall in Church Street.
