NEWSFLASH: Police arrest man after Sutton on Sea beach huts torched
POLICE have arrested a 21-year-old local man in connection with two beach hut fires which were torched on Friday night in Sutton on Sea.
Police and fire crews were called to the promenade at 11.15pm on Friday after reports that two chalets had been set alight.
On Sunday a man was arrested on suspicion of arson and after being interviewed at Skegness Police Station he was released on bail until September 17 pending further enquiries.
Anyone with information about the incident should contact Lincolnshire Police on 101 and quoting incident 567 of July 20.
