Five staff members from North Thoresby’s Little Ducklings Pre-school took part in a charity skydive yesterday (Wednesday August 27) to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK.

Owner-manager Naomi Brooker, organiser Lisa Young, and colleagues Bethie Harland-Jaines, Holly Hillary, and Adelle Parker have already raised £2,420 in memory of Adelle’s Uncle Tony, who sadly died on June 27 this year. The skydive took place in Hibaldstow yesterday morning.

Naomi Brooker said: “The whole village has been really supportive of us, especially the Spar shop. We’d also like to thank the Turk’s Head and the King’s Head in Louth.

“We are all really scared of heights so this was a massive challenge for us.”

Naomi said that the experience was “amazing” after the team completed their great leap from the skies
