A number of burglaries took place in Grimoldby in the early hours of this morning (Thursday September 4), with a quad bike and buggy amongst the stolen items.
A garage at a property on Tinkle Street, Grimoldby, was burgled and a child’s quad bike and a child’s buggy were stolen.
At the same time, two vehicles which were parked on driveways at two separate addresses were entered, and items were stolen from within. One handbag was stolen, which has since been recovered from Grimoldby Churchyard.
PCSO Sally Read, of the Louth Rural Neighbourhood Policing Team, had asked residents to report any sightings to Lincolnshire Police and quote incident number 53 of September 4.
PCSO Read adds that residents in the Grimoldby area should be vigilant during this time, and report any suspicious incidents to Lincolnshire Police on 101, or 999 in an emergency.
