From sweets to pancakes. Jassies, in Pawnshop Passage in Louth, has now transformed into a pancake and coffee house and was officially opened on Saturday by some of Jassies most loyal customers.

Nick Heywood has now brought Jill Dix on board as a partner in the business.

“The response we have received from the first few days has been truly amazing,” Jill said.

Nick added: “I feel this move is definitely the right way forward for the Jassies brand, Jill has embraced the dream fantastically.”
