PHOTOS: More witness accounts of 'weird orange lights'

Friday 2pm - MORE sightings of the orange lights over Louth have been coming into the Leader.

Craig Thomas from Louth sent in these images of the light he took over his house.

He said: "I'm sure lots of people saw the orange lights on Saturday at around 8pm - there must have been 50 or more moving very quickly across the sky.

"UFO's or hot air balloons, I don't know, but they seemed to be moving too quickly to be hot air balloons."

He added: "the lights seem streaky in the photos because I couldn't keep the camera still enough."

Louth lady Susan Lawson-Waters popped into our office to give us her eye-witness account of the lights on Saturday.

She said: "I saw loads of the orange lights in the sky flying over at regular intervals for about 20 minutes. I have never seen anything like it before in my life – they were absolutely mystifying!"

Mr Padbury also emailed to say he and his wife saw 25 -30 of the orange lights on Saturday night: "They were all travelling in the same direction toward the Cleethorpes area, I couldn't believe my eyes, some were moving faster than others and some flying in pairs and some on their own."
