Lincolnshire Police have released information about the death of Louth man Richard Woods.

Mr Woods, 32, died from positional asphyxia at his home in Spout Yard in the early hours of Sunday January 12, and his death was initially the subject of a murder inquiry.

Louth man Harry Scott, 23, has since been charged with manslaughter and is due to appear Skegness Magistrates’ Court on April 29. He is currently bailed to an address outside Louth.
