Prize bingo at East Barkwith Village Hall
THE two prize bingo sessions in East Barkwith Village Hall in January raised £60 and £40 for the village hall maintenance funds.
Yvonne Bryson organises the sessions, ably assisted by Shirley Booth and Grace Clark.
Yvonne always organises for a range of useful store cupboard goods to be on offer as prizes for those with the lucky numbers and there is a raffle to boost the funds.
Yvonne and Shirley are on duty on the door welcoming as players arrive, Shirley calls the numbers, Yvonne checks the cards and Grace serves the welcome cups of tea and biscuits during the interval. The next prize bingo nights are on Tuesday February 14 and Tuesdays February 28, eyes down at 7.30pm.
