Rider airlifted to hospital after crash on the A157 near Louth

A 57-year-old man from Chesterfield was airlifted to hospital yesterday morning (Sunday, March 16) following a collision on the A157 near to popular race track Cadwell Park near Louth.

The man was injured after his Honda CB750 was involved in a collision with a Ford Focus just after 11am and was airlifted to Hull Royal Infirmary with fractures to his arm.

Lincolnshire police has confirmed that he is expected to have surgery today.
