Roly Polys dancer Sue Cadman at Elms care home Louth

ONE of the original members of the Roly Polys dance group visited the Elms care home in Louth.

Sue Cadman opened the Elms summer fete and met residents.

There was a raffle with half the proceeds going to the Alzheimer’s Society.

The home manager, Caren Billingsley, thanked all those who attended and helped to run the stalls.

A grand total of £251 was raised for the residents’ comfort fund.

The Roly Polys appeared on TV alongside comedian Les Dawson in the 1980s and were very popular with their comedy dance routines.

Sue is now a public and after dinner speaker as well as a dance and keep fit teacher.
