The following planning applications have been submitted to East Lindsey District Council.

They will be decided in the next few months.

Esso Petroleum Company Limited want consent to display two internally illuminated fascia signs and one internally illuminated double sided free standing sign at 65 Newmarket, Louth.

Charles Stubbs wants extensions to existing bar/restaurant to provide an additional seating area and a porch at Woodthorpe Hall Caravan & Leisure Park, Alford Road, Woodthorpe.

Andrew Butt wants to build a house and detached double garage/store and a detached single storey outbuilding to provide a games room, home office, workshop and store and construction of a vehicular access which are amendments to that previously approved under planning permission on land at Simons Close, Donington on Bain.

Alistair Needham wants to build an agricultural storage building on the site of six grain storage bins which are to be removed at Hill House Farm, Pedlar Lane, South Cockerington.

Matthew Dover wants permission to build a detached garage/store with attached car port at 168A High Holme Road, Louth.

Mr and Mrs J Coxell want rear extensions to existing dwelling to provide a toilet and a glazed link to a garden roomat the Old Rectory, Main Road, South Reston.

K Ball wants an extension and alterations to existing house to provide an additional house on the site of part of existing dwelling which is to be demolished at 35 Newmarket, Louth.

R West wants permission for alterations to, conversion of an attached outbuilding to provide a sitting area to include replacement windows, doors and roof lights at 171 Eastgate, Louth.

N Harvey wants to build two fishing lakes and two embankments to a maximum height of 1.9 metres, a lodge to use as cafe, a toilet and provision of car parking and access tracks on land opposite The Grange, Field Lane, Strubby.

Mr & Mrs David Bett want to build a bungalow with detached double garage to be used in connection with the existing farm on the site of existing outbuildings which are to be removed and provision of a package treatment plant at Ivy House Farm, Main Road, Yarburgh.
