Construction students from Build a Future based in West Ashby are helping out with a big clean up on the old airfield in Strubby, which sits in between Louth and Alford.

Landowner Janet Stubbs drafted in the youngsters to help with the clear up project ahead of the grand unveiling of a war memorial, which will be placed on the site as a fitting tribute to those servicemen who lost their lives flying Lancasters and a proud landmark in the Strubby landscape.
