Taylor Wimpey Louth housing estate decision deferred by East Lindsey District Council

A decision whcih could lead to an expansion of Louth has been delayed.

Taylor Wimpey want outline planning permission for up to 149 homes to be built on land off Fulmar Drive, on the edge of the town.

East Lindsey District Council was due to make a decision on the plan this Thursday.

However after residents complained about the short notice ELDC has decided to defer the decision to the planning committee meeting on December 13 so people can attend and address the committee.
