There's still time to enter Louth Run for Life
The event will raise funds for Cancer Research UK and runners will be setting off from Louth’s Market Place on Sunday, June 26, for the 5K run, jog or walk.
What’s even better about this event is that it has races for men, women and children. Fancy dress is always encouraged, with prizes up for the grabs for the best outfits.

Hide AdLast year’s event helped the Run for Life committee raise an amazing £50,000 – taking the total raised for Cancer Research UK over the last 10 years to £270,000.
The children’s 1k race starts at 10am, the ladies 5K at 10.30am and the men’s 5K at 11.45am.
Organisers say everyone knows someone who has recently been diagnosed with cancer and is perhaps having treatment, is a survivor, or sadly has lost their battle to the disease. There is still time to enter, enjoy the party atmosphere and raise money for a great charity.
The route starts and finishes in the town centre takes in picturesque Hubbards Hills. And the fun doesn’t finish there. The Kings Head Hotel has agreed to host bands and a barbecue.
