A 70s Rock Night and Fun Air Guitar Competition will raise money for St Barnabas Lincolnshire Hospice.
It is at My Father’s Moustache on Saturday March 15, from 7.30pm.
Following the popularity of the last Triple X Rock Night, the band is now playing again to support the hospice.
The band, all originally from Louth who played together back in the late 1970s, got a fantastic response at their last gig.
They played rock favourites like Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd and Deep Purple, alongside Elton John, Peter Gabriel and Fleetwood Mac.
Nick Hallam, drummer in Triple X, said: “Delighted to once again be playing in Louth.
“We are also holding an air guitar competition at the gig, which will be a great opportunity for would be guitarists to come along and get in a bit of air practice.”
Tickets to the gig can be bought for £6 (£8 on the door) at Off the Beaten Tracks record shop in Aswell Street, from My Father’s Moustache or by calling Maria Vincent on 01507 328149.
Anyone wishing to enter the air guitar competition can either call Maria or go along on the night, rules are available at the ticket venues.
Contestants using a physical object as an air guitar will be disqualified. They will be given the list of four songs to perform to before the beginning of play. There will be four heats which will test different types of guitar lead playing.
