Three vehicles were involved in a collision on the B1200 Manby Road near Louth on Tuesday evening (April 22).
The vehicles included a Daihatsu Terios, a Renault Megane and a Renault truck.
Lincolnshire fire and rescue and Lincolnshire police were called to the scene at around 8.30pm.
Fire crews used manpower and small tools to release a casualty from one of the vehicles.
The occupants of the Daihatsu were a couple in their 30s from Grimoldby and the occupants of the Megane are a 19-year-old male driver and a 20-year-old male passenger from the Saltfleet area.
These individuals only suffered minor injuries and the driver of the truck was unhurt.
