Video: Children in Need hits Louth

Waiting for Video...

People went all out across the area to raise money for Children in Need on Friday.

Pupils at local schools dressed up - including children at Eastfield School in Louth who wore spots for the day.

Staf at the NatWest bank in Louth went to work as characters from Shrek.

Kelli Farr was Shrek, Michelle Larter was Princess Fiona, Emma Sharp was Donkey, Manager Sarah Cook was Queen of Hearts, Terri Saunders was Alice in Wonderland and Dawn Parker was Snow White.

Children in Need’s vision is that every child in the UK has a childhood which is safe. The charity provides grants to projects which focus on children who are disadvantaged.

Some of the pictures from local events can be seen in the slideshow above.
